Microsoft Copilot has a Copilot button and this is how to use

Microsoft continues to expand the presence of Copilot, this time in the Paint application. Windows Insiders users of Canary and DEV will see a new Copilot icon in Paint after the update is being implemented, and this is how to use.

How to use COPilot on Microsoft Paint

Step 1: To use Copilot on Microsoft Paint, select the Copilot icon on the large toolbar. Next you will have options including:

Cocreator: Turn the sketches into a complete artwork in real time
Image Creator: Create impressive images with just a few words, similar to you creating photos on Copilot.
Generative Erase: Delete objects from images and automatically fill the background
Remove background: Remove the background from your image

Step 2: Choose one of the options in the Copilot button to create written photos, or sketch the image according to the available photos, or delete the object in the photo … all operations in just a few simple steps.

Over the past year, Microsoft has continuously added AI image creation tools to Paint. Cocreator (based on Dall-E) appeared at the end of 2023, followed by color pouring and image editing features with AI in the last fall. Now, all of these tools will be gathered under the Copilot icon, making it easy for users to find them when they need to create an Art clip or photo editing quickly with AI.

With this change, Paint can now be one of the most useful applications to test Copilot, even more meaningful than integration into Bing. At the same time search for photos in the cloud in natural language.

Today’s update also brings an important upgrade to the AI search feature, which was launched in the preview version earlier this month.

Now, advanced search will not only be limited to local files on computers but also expand to cloud files. Users can find photos in natural language, and the results will display both local files and files on Cloud.

The new AI search feature is being deployed for Windows 11 Insiders of DEV and Beta channels, helping to experience smarter and more intuitive search.
